I forgot about this little problem I have, but I was tinkering with the car tonight and I remembered that I never was successful with your recommendation. Even with the jumper, I can't access parameter 13. Do you know of any other tricks to diagnose this; like a jumper at the ECM pins or maybe one of the connectors at the compressor or something? Not sure why this became a problem after my engine re-installation. My A/C works too which makes it more puzzling for me.  Thanks Mike
