Ok to update...I replaced the ignition module and put R42TS's in gapped to .032 and reset all my settings in the gen 2 box. Took it out for a drive today and WOW. It runs great! So 99% of my issues are golden for now. At least at 16#s. going to try and get to 18-20 and see.

Hopefully that helps.

On another note; finally took the car out today and really drove it. Started getting knock (.7*) with O2 readings at 830. so i added some more fuel and pulled the WOT timing back to 17* in the GEN 2. still doing the same thing. so i added more fuel, both in mid and high load settings to smooth things out. i'm up to mid +20% in the mid load page, and mid +30's% in the high load page. timing still at 17*? not getting the actual registered KR now, but still feeling it. like a pop or miss. I am going to try some new AC 43's in it tonight and see. I just replaced the coil last week also with and actual AC delco one. so i doubt its that. new MSD wires also. Any ideas? Boost is set at 16#.

thanks again for all the help. Aaron

Ok, here's my settings:
Maf in: LS1 Alum.; Maf out: GN ext/pro; main scale: 0.0%; V-out 1: 2.560; V-out 2: 4.00; afterstart: 0.0%; Lo load: 32.5; mid load: 100.1; Hi load: 143.0; F out max: 0; Maflim TPS: .420; Maf limit: 6.4; Maf/krpm: .0; TPS enrich: .20; TPS decay: .30; idle flow: 12.0; off idle: 8.6

@2200 +1.5% @5800 +6.5%
@2800 +2.0% @6400 +6.5%

MAF sensor tune i left untouched entirely
WOT spark is 18* thru 4500rpm, then 17.5*
boost is at 16-17

I have since upped the boost to 19-20#, without adding fuel i got 1.4* KR at 45 which i think was a shift cause it went away real quick, and the worst i saw over all in a gear was .4. So i added some more fuel in that range but havent tested it yet. I also have the chip timing in first and second gear to 3* instead of 2 that it came with and it seems ok. Any suggestions? Is there anywhere that explains what the value for each number is for the settings thru the chip. the book that came with it doesn't really break it out. thanks

19-20 boost? A little high for street fuel. Do we have alky?

You will have to be more specific on the chip question? What are you trying to do?

So far ive got it to 19-20# with O2 MV in the low 800's with no KR. so...but no alky yet! seems to be ok so far. I was referring to the value of each increment when changing the timing in the chip for 1st and 2nd gear. From what i understand, those gears are added to what you are programming in the GEN II box. Would it be better to back the boost off to 17-18 and add timing or leave it where its at now with ~20# and 21/18 timing right now? thanks
